Locked Together
In the game
Open Profile and choose Delete account. That deletes, at once:
- your progress, run history and leaderboard entries;
- your friends, friend requests, blocks and messages;
- the notification tokens of your phones.
Without the game
If you no longer have the game, ask here and we will do the same for you within 30 days. Tell us enough to find the account: your friend code (Friends, at the top) or your player name. We write to the email address you give only about this request.
What is kept
A report another player made about you, and a report you made, is kept for its full retention period; a moderation ban stays on the account ID; and this request is kept as the record that it was carried out. Everything else goes. Questions: hello@helloworldtech.com.
